

We will be in a group chat, with daily “to do’s” that will be explained to create the ultimate version of yourself with an included “Revival Bible” that you’ll get as well.
Our group will go about having weekly workouts, meetings, guest speakers on various topics to better our faith spiritually or even things with our finances and income.
My goal is to lead and honor while giving you all actionable steps that you can do to “win your days” while being held accountable and having a strong group of men behind you to assist in your trials and hardships that come up(we all know they do).
And summer is the best time to have a community to keep you focused!
This isn’t a “use it and lose it” club. This is a cohort and each one we will become stronger and more resilient while adding new principles and systems to better help.
We will give everything you need to know now to train that week and what to eat and my goal is to make it also FUN with challenges, prizes and incentives (cash based even) for “Thriving In Revive” weeks.
This is NOT an extra commitment. This is you taking what you want from all the value being given and working to improve at your pace, your level of comfort and just have fun being apart of the journey!
You’re not obligated to track, do every workout and show up for any group calls, but the options are there to help!
I have worked in the health and performance industry helping men and women rebuild their bodies, restore their confidence, and create results that last.
I am the founder of Over-Achieve Fitness and Revive Systems. Throughout my career, I have coached thousands of clients, worked with collegiate and professional athletes, and built one of Pennsylvania’s most respected fitness facilities. My work has been featured in Men’s Health, Women’s Health, T-Nation, EliteFTS, STACK, The PTDC, SimpliFaster, and on ABC27 News. I hold multiple certifications through NASM, including CPT, CES, PES, GPT, and FNS, and have served as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level.
While credentials and features reflect professional achievement, they do not fully explain why I coach the way I do today. That perspective was shaped long before Revive Systems existed.

No. This cohort's nutrition aims to reduce the guesswork, not to create a new obsession. You'll understand what to eat, when, and why, without weighing everything you put in your mouth.
No. Every workout has a home and gym version. You can do this from your living room or a full commercial gym, your choice.
That's exactly why you're here. Nobody in this group has it all figured out. We grow together. No judgment, no pressure. Men being honest about where they are and supporting each other forward.
No. The entire program runs online. If you're local, you get the bonus of live in-person sessions with me, yet men from anywhere can join.
Each cohort builds on the last. You can continue into Cohort #2. It offers deeper systems, new principles, and a stronger group. This isn't a one-and-done, it's a community you grow with over time.
